For group practices, institutions, and training programs, we can send our One-Box System. The One-Box is a single package containing one coat in each size, along with order forms and literature. After your staff or students find their correct sizes, simply fill out the forms, including size and embroidery information, and return the One Box to us. Custom medical coats are available in quantity. We can cut and sew coats from your fabric, or we can find a suitable flagship fabric for institutions or groups.

Our online size chart can also help you determine your size. We also provide embroidering if requested.

If you are providing fabric, please let us assist you in determining yardage. For all custom orders, there is a one-time set up charge, and final price is dependent on coat size, fabric and special handling.

Our custom coats include all of our quality enhancements:

• Superior construction with 10 -12 stitches per inch (others use only 6 - 8 stitches per inch).
• Pockets and stress points reinforced with 26-stitch bar tacking to resist pulling off.
• Traditional fabrics - lightweight or heavyweight poly/cotton or pure cotton fabric, with fluid-repellant finish
• Coats available in innovative high tech fabrics.
• Front facings are topstitched to prevent snagging.
• Eight-inch side vents for access to pants pockets.
• Four side pockets: two outside and two inside.
• Two breast pockets: one outside and one inside.
• Standard 1" bar tack in left side pocket to hold reflex hammer or trauma scissors.
• Rear kick pleat for easier movement.
